Vintage 1930's Blue Japanese Silk Dress with ruffled sleeves, scalloped hem and tie at waist. Such a lovely fit and Japanese floral design. Please note measurements are taken of the front only. Armpit to armpit: 22 1/2" Waist: 21"Pretty pocket detail and very on trend for winter. Wouldnt this be gorgeous layered with think cream tights, boots and a cardi. Lovely for summer though and could be worn to a wedding easily.
