This Chiffon dress is in fair condition , we suspect it has been shortened from floor length, there is a small v shaped tear in the chiffon and some tiny pin holes that are only noticed when held to the light all of which could be eliminated with further shortening . The is glass bead work to the straps and bust to waist line area.
