Black lace and jet dress

Im finding this one a bit hard to date. Im going to say its early 1920s but made using Victorian fabrics. The lace which unfortunately has a hole in it, is exquisite. Its just so hard to find lace like this now. Its dreamy. The lace is adorned at the bottom with jet fringing. The dress has fantastic movement. The lace could be mended. its not generally fragile i think it must just have been caught on something.
