Delivery & Returns

Shipping Information

 

• Collect in Store FREE (same day)


You can shop online on merchantarchive.com and we will contact you when your items are ready. We aim to have your items ready for collection  from two hours after you have placed your order on www.merchantarchive.com, if you shop online before 3pm. If your order is placed after 3pm on a weekday or 2pm on the weekend, your items will be ready for collection from 1pm on the next day (2pm on the weekend). We will contact you via email or telephone to let you know when your items are ready for collection. 
Your items will be available for collection for 7 days in our store at 19 Kensington Park Road, W11 2EU. In the event that you can not collect your item within that time frame, please contact us on 0044 207 2299 006 or orders@merchantarchive.com. When collecting in our store you will need to provide your order number, a signature and a proof of identification (driver's licence, passport, national identity card).



• Standard delivery £5 (2-3 business days)

You can shop online on merchantarchive.com and we will dispatch your item the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm we will dispatch it on the next business day. If your order is placed after 2pm on Friday or placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be despatched on Monday. We will send you a tracking code for you to be able to track your parcel whilst on its way to you. Your item should reach its destination within 2 to 3 business days. 



• Next day delivery £8 (1 business day)

You can shop online on merchantarchive.com and place your order before 1pm to receive your order on the next business day.



 

EU Shipping

You can shop online on merchantarchive.com and we will dispatch your item the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm we will dispatch it on the next business day. If your order is placed after 4pm on Friday or placed on Saturday or Sunday, it will be despatched on Monday. We will send you a tracking code for you to be able to track your parcel whilst on its way to you. Your item should reach its destination within 5 to 7 business days. Dispatch times

Merchant Archive dispatch orders Monday-Friday, no later than 3pm. If your order is placed later than 1pm on a week day or during a weekend or public holiday it will be dispatched the next working day

 

Tracking & Delivery

We use Fedex to courier all domestic and international orders. The courier will deliver your order to the address you specified during the checkout stage of the transaction. 

Your Fedex tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. 

If you are out when the delivery attempt is made a card will be left advising you how to arrange re-delivery of your item. 

 

Territories

Merchant Archive will deliver to any location internationally. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

 

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your purchases from merchantarchive.com, however should you wish to return anything you've ordered from us just send it back within 14 days of receipt. 

Please be advised that all clothing must be returned to us in their unworn & unmarked state and in a resalable condition. All tickets and packaging should be attached and intact. 

We aim to refund your purchase as quickly as possible however please be advised that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your statement. 

Returned items which we accept as faulty will be refunded in full (including postage costs).

All other refunded items will not include the original postage & packaging charge. 

For hygiene reasons we do not refund underwear, swimwear or earrings. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your purchase please contact us to confirm product availability at orders@merchantarchive.com

We will only despatch your exchange once the original item has been received. Merchant Archive does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen during transit. 

 

Tax & Import Duties

Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the EU will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. 


None of the above affect your statutory rights.
