La Cerise sur le Chapeau at Merchant Archive

In a workshop located in Paris, la Cerise sur le Chapeau (Cherry on the hat) makes hand-made hats for men and women. With a wide spectrum of colors, Cerise revisites the hats our grand-parents once wore (...bringing back Bonnie and Clyde, Bogart looks ) adding a simple modern touch.

After art history studies, a voyage across the continents, a few years working for an auctioneer, discovering rare treasures, it became crystal clear for Cerise : the hat is a wonderful pretext for creation,and a real “art de vivre”. The passion for hats persists for her, wearing them wasn’t enough, she wanted to create them, and la Cerise sur le Chapeau was born.
