Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases
For items purchased online you are entitled to a full refund, A Return Material Authorization (RAM) number must be requested from Merchant Archive within 7 days of delivery. Merchant Archive are unable to accept returns on any item that has been worn. Merchant Archive reserves the right to decline goods not received in their original state. If an item is returned in a different state to that when sent the client will pay for resend of goods.
Items purchased during December can returned up till 7th January the following year.
To request a RMA number, log into your Merchant Archive account and follow the simple instructions. Return the item immediately in it's Merchant Archive packaging, any Packaging and labels which come with the good must also be intact having not been removed or damaged. Please pack the item carefully and state the RMA number clearly on the external packaging. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.
Items being returned within the UK should be returned within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of the RAM number being issued.
Exchanges are possible, but only if the item is available, and will only be dispatched once the returned item has been received.
Merchant Archive does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the EU will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
The return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
In-Store Purchases
For items purchased in-store you are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of purchase and only with the presentation of a valid receipt. (For items purchased during December, the exchange policy is extended to 14 January the following year.)
In the event you are unable to find another item, we will offer you a credit note, which is valid for a period of 12 months.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or offer credit notes on earrings, or lingerie.
Items purchased in sale can only be exchanged during the current sale period and only with proof of purchase.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
